  4. Seems you're a person that is reasonable. I don't think men's issues are being silent, but if you feel like it, improve it. Focus on your mental health, take care of yourself, you matter. You know, when women wanted their issues to be listened to, they fought because men were not going to do it for them. Fight for your right to take care of yourself. But no one is going to do it for you.
