  3. Basically, white women can become collaborators in the capitalistic patriarchial oppression if they are willing to opt into the system and their assigned lot. It's actually quite similar to how some religious women helped oppressed their own in religiously fundamentalist societies where they will participate and enforce religious dogma on their on gender to perpetuate the oppression, because that's their assigned lot in life.
