It's led by America, and the Europeans need to decide if they are going to follow America off the cliffs or have the courage to strike out on their own and actually deal fairly with China and Russia. China doesn't give a shit about how EU runs its own ship since they are strict non-interventionists and Russia doesn't want to be surrounded and encroached. Back off from Russia and deal with China on a business partner basis and everybody wins. America can do the same but they are hell bent on securing their hegemony so they are going to confront China at some point in the future to try to beat down China. Except this time, there is no guarantee that America will win a confrontation.
