  2. India is not aligning with China and Russia as much as they are cynical opportunists. They don't take the reordering of the world seriously because the people ruling India are themselves neoliberals themselves. They are natural bedfellows with people in Wall St and London. They don't care about the Indian people. They don't care about the moral reordering of the world. They don't care about western imperialism as much as how they can become PART of it.
