  1. It's sheer incompetence to try to pressure another country's leader to do something publicly, only to have it rebuffed. Olaf really thought that publicly trying to pressure Argentina is gonna work. It's bullying tactic and it backfired on him.

It is just pure arrogance when THE US government actually thinks that the Latin American countries will accept such a one sided deal as in sending their russian made weapons to Ukraine and then replacing them with US made weapons. Ohh is this a one to one replacement? Will the US government pay for the Russia equipment sent to Ukraine by these countries and then replace it with US counterparts? The US is also asking these countries to just throw away their training, tactics and national strategies that are built around these equipment and weapons, not to mention destroying their existing relationship with Russia. JFC, the sheer audacity.
