  1. What about NON-ALIGNED MOVEMENT (NAM) ? This seems to be missing from your discussion. After Cold War ended, US urged Non-Aligned Movement to disband, arguing that there was no longer any Cold War to be non-aligned with respect to. But now US has succeeded in reviving the Cold War. So how can it now argue against existence of NAM?
