  1. I'm Indian and I find Hasan Minhaj to be an embarrassment. I find he's way too ethnically prejudiced against some of us. But his family is from Aligarh, and all they do over there is ethno-nationalism -- yet he's calling out others as ethno-nationalist? Pffft.

A Sikh truck driver from Punjab and a poor Dalit labourer from Chattisgarh were murdered by terrorists the other day. Pakistan continues to try to infiltrate terrorists into Kashmir from across the border.

What a cheap shot - yet entirely predictable from Minhaj. I've had Muslims mock me with "c0w w0rsh!pper", "c0w p!ss drinker", etc, but you'd never see any possible acknowledgement of anything that departs from the unswervingly one-sided narrative that Minhaj is trying to impose. For him, India = "Muslims+deplorables", and that's why he brands himself as "Indian Jorge Ramos". So very intentional, so very typical of his skewed sectarian politics, and so very pathetic. People need to call him out on that.

He seems to view everyone else from his narrow ethno-centric lens - and of course the dominant White Liberal establishment will swallow his prejudices unchallenged. What don't you spell out to me the irony of my response? Because I'll be sure to give you a reply about it. You think I'm prejudices towards him, but that he's got no prejudices towards anyone else. I see that he's trying to put down other ethnic groups like mine by kissing up to a White Liberal establishment for affirmation, and to have them launder his biases and declare them to be some kind of default norm, against which the rest of us can be judged as deviants. To me, this is yet another sign of how the Left are going down the drain, by seeking to embrace the narrow-minded ethnic prejudices of others.

This guy just oozes derision towards other brown people who don't toe his line - and he does this while hiding behind a wink and a smile. To me, it's really pathetic and says a lot about the guy.

According to his slanted views, everyone is ethno-nationalist except him. In my opinion, he's the one who's showing his own ethno-nationalism rather than the rest of us. So you're now implying that anyone who doesn't accept Minhaj's ethnic caricature is "a typical Modi supporter". So we all have to shut up and bend over for that, lest we be further caricatured by you. I'm not going to accept your crooked assertions.

He often shows greater affinity and affection for Pakistanis than he does to fellow Indians, simply on the basis of religion. He refers to Pakistan on an equal moral footing as India, glossing over the fact that Pakistan is a nakedly sectarian state that deeply discriminates against non-Muslims. His comedy relies on ethnic prejudice against others, which seems to be his emotional reaction to perceived slights against and his identity. He casually smears as racist anyone who doesn't toe his line on a variety of policies. He's a race-baiter and an ethnic-baiter.

  21. Benjamin Whittle let's be honest - his show just isn't the most entertaining - Kimmel, Fallon, and Conan make him look tame and impish. Even John Oliver edges him out. It's a very crowded space that he's competing in, and so he's desperate for Trump as material to keep his show afloat. I'm betting that nobody is praying for 8 years of Trump presidency more than Seth Meyers is. And even then, it's not going to save his show.

Furthermore, the new guy is interfering in American elections, which have nothing to do with his office. What Americans want to vote for is upto them, and if Khan interferes in American matters, then likewise Americans should intervene in London politics. What goes around, comes around.

  37. I have yet to hear any Dem tell us whether Carter Page is an actual Russian agent. Dems just craftily reply "I don't know" - which is really just gamesmanship. If you feel he's an actual agent for Russia, then say so. If you feel that Trump has "colluded with Russia" (a deliberately vague phrase) then tell us how. If you feel that Russia meddled in the US elections, then say exactly how - don't just use vague words like "hacked" because that conjures up all kinds of fantasies, including fabrication of votes.
