@leagarner3675 - no, you're confused about politicization of the law and of the judiciary. The legal system is supposed to reflect the aggregate will of the people, and you cannot use the law to control/suppress large sections of the people (ie. the half of the country who voted for Trump) If you're declaring half the country to be extremist or criminal, then you don't have a country - you've got 2 countries.
