  1. I don't think you should burn that kerosene stove inside the car, because you'll get fumes. Look at various heaters with external exhaust pipe. For example, truckers and campers have long used diesel heaters with external exhaust pipe and separate hot air outlet pipe to heat their vehicles, tents, etc. You'd probably only need a 5kW heater for a small space like that.
