  1.  @bryanhayes9728  - yeah or maybe partially microwave it first, and then cook it on the grill the regular way. Or wait - what if you start off with frozen jalopenos? Just cut'em and freeze'em, then take them out to stuff them with the (room temp) meat, and cook them.

  2. I'd like to try something like this, but with a hollowed out pepper/vegetable instead of the manicotti pasta. Just want to include more fiber with something like that. Can that work?
