Even if the kid wasn't an angel, they should've first shot out the tires rather than shooting the kid. Otherwise, it feels like a street execution. I don't understand what's so hard about shooting the tires? They bleed less, and cause fewer funerals and riots.

@johhanwindsalor9478 - I saw the clip of the kid's car quickly pulling away from the cops that stopped him. Then you just see the cop in front squeeze his trigger and fire. Didn't see what immediately happened after that, because the news report immediately jumps to showing footage of the car sitting on top of the opposite street corner with police tape around.
