  3. You refer to hunger as one of the obstacles to adopting the fasting approach - but should we distinguish between hunger and cravings? I find that my excess consumption comes less from actual hunger (ie. where my stomach is feeling empty or actually rumbling) and more from cravings. How do we combat cravings? For me at least, that's the key.

  10. What about NON-ALIGNED MOVEMENT (NAM) ? This seems to be missing from your discussion. After Cold War ended, US urged Non-Aligned Movement to disband, arguing that there was no longer any Cold War to be non-aligned with respect to. But now US has succeeded in reviving the Cold War. So how can it now argue against existence of NAM?

  14. This is probably about Moscow investigating Prighozin for financial impropriety. The Wagner troops were recently asked by the Defense Ministry to sign updated contracts. That may have spooked Prighozin, and set him on the path to revolt. Maybe Lukashenko has helped to smooth over fears of Prighozin and get him back on track.

  15. I don't think you should burn that kerosene stove inside the car, because you'll get fumes. Look at various heaters with external exhaust pipe. For example, truckers and campers have long used diesel heaters with external exhaust pipe and separate hot air outlet pipe to heat their vehicles, tents, etc. You'd probably only need a 5kW heater for a small space like that.

  16. Indian warplanes did not cross over the border into Pakistani airspace -- they simply fired their missiles from within Indian airspace, to hit the targets inside Pakistan. Therefore the question of shooting down Indian aircraft does not arise. Pakistan's infrastructure is nearly all within a couple of hundred miles of the border with India -- there are certainly plenty of terror training camps within that distance.
