This is somewhat true, those that leave their country should no longer talk crap about it since they arent really contributing in making things better, in fact them leaving are making things worse.   3. Bulgaria wasnt in a war in the 90s or under international sanctions, so in a sense Serbia is doing better than Bulgaria that wasted its decades, even if its in the EU.

  7. Sofia wasnt bombed and occupied in two world wars, so give some slacks to Belgrade. It planned its metro since the 1920-30s, but then the war started. Then in communist Yugoslavia it got delayed cause of cucks from Croatia and Slovenia demanding metros being built in Zagreb and Ljubljana at the same time as the Belgrade one, cause of some "equality" excuses. Then the fall of Yugoslavia nad international sactions hit, along with bombings, so yeah, Belgrade is doing fine for what that city went through.
