  4. Alec didn't do anything wrong. There needs to be more investigation as to why there were real bullts there and how it got in the gun. Somebody set him up, or dropped the ball. Also you have to remember she had announced she was going to drop some info about Hilary. Who had access to the gun before he had it? What was the chain of custody?

  8. Save therein lies the problem. Who were the people that walked off? Did they have any time or access with the gun/ammo? What's the story with them? There's more to this, and Alec didn't do anything wrong.
