  7. I floss every night, with a top notch oralB floss. But my gums are in excellent condition and no bleeding, no matter what I do with the floss. I am gentle with it of course. Sometimes I don't even floss the front teeth because I don't feel like it's necessary. I floss after I have brushed and rinsed. After flossing I rinse again. Then I chew an oral probiotic before bed. What flossing does is loosen the plaque in between teeth.
