  8. terri, didn't now that.  It looks like PGE was trying to prevent a fire.  The "wind event" is part and parcel of the fire attacks.  I believe this is in large part the fault of liberal deep state, including Gov. Brown.  Notice how Gov. Newsom gets furious when PGE shuts off power ahead of high wind events.  They like to hide behind PGE.   They want to do everything in their "power" to prevent PGE from shutting down power to prevent these fires.     I think PGE learned after the Paradise fire, that they SHOULD have shut the power off, and they've been trying to do that.  The "wind events" are geo-engineered.
