  1. Alec is an extremely experienced actor. It's not like he was a newbie. The person responsible for the arms tossed the gun to him and said "COLD GUN" MEANING HE VERIFIED IT WAS SAFE. Also, the disgruntled union had just walked off the set. Disgruntled. Wouldn't put something past them.

  4. BECAUSE OTHER PEOPLE WERE ASSIGNED THIS JOB. IT'S A MOVIE FILMING. THE ACTOR IS CONCENTRATING ON THE ROLE. ALSO THE GUN WAS GIVEN TO HIM AND THE PERSON SPECIFICALLY YELLED "COLD GUN" meaning he assured it was CLEAR.

  5.  @caroletta451  That's because they were responsible for making sure everything was copacetic. Even the one who called in to emergency knew who's fault it was. I feel bad for Alec, I can't imagine.

  6. Poor Alec. I don't believe he is in any way at fault for this. Some people failed in their responsibilities, and mad union members just walked off. What a way to get revenge.
