Harold Lipschitz, they were chemtrailing in the days before the fire.  Why would they do this?  The chemtrails didn't bring rain.  There hadn't been chemtrails in the few weeks prior to that.  Why did they chemtrail?  Was there rain about to come in that would have interrupted their plan?  Or did the chemtrails increase combustibility and help their plan?
