  2. This is actually amazing information.  I smoked since I was 13.  I stopped at 37.  I don't remember having ADHD symptoms while I was smoking...but then it was since 13.

  4. And now in the 2000's, concentrating is even HARDER with smart phones, internet, etc.  We didn't have to deal with all that in the 80's 90's.

  5. I'm afraid to take ADHD med.  For some reason I'm afraid of being on a stimulant because the last thing I need is something interfering with my sleep.  Anyone else?
