In the past 5 years or so, I have been to bed by 10 pm only two nights. The next day after that nights, i felt so much more cheerful and energized.

A lot of people do their time-restricted eating and eat after noon until the evening. But Bryan says eat all your foods before 11-noon. At least that's what he does

@ALostMap Yes, like at least once during the day, drink a little more water and hold a little longer to go to the bathroom (not too much longer). To train your bladder to be less sensitive, but you want to be careful not to overdo it.

@jojo1234a That is called Revenge Sleep Procrastination and I also deal with that nightly! My desire to stay up and do what I want, knowing that I really should just be going to bed. It's a hard one to stop!
