  4. 1- imagine a string pulling straight up, 2- hold your phone up instead of looking down, 3- move every five minutes throughout the day, 4- do two exercises everyday to help strengthen the muscles, 5- hands on the forehead with light pressure, move up ever so slightly

  9. I also squeeze shoulder blades in closer and flatter to my back. At the same time it pulls your shoulders back.
