I've been working out at 7pm or later, for most of my life. I think my body has adjusted to the routine. It just feels so counterintuitive to work out any other time for me, unless it's the afternoon on the weekend

@nickjunes Incorrect. The body has natural cycles that coincide with the sunset and sunrise. One can't just go to bed at say 6am and supposedly sleep till 2 pm and say they got good restful sleep. You might want to do some research.
