I wonder if the $160 fine convinced him that the law actually exists and applies to him , or whether he's still convinced that you, like, totally don't have to follow laws unless a cop can cite the exact statute on the spot, cuz that's the law, man.

For those not getting it, 999 times out of 1000, when a suspect takes off like this while yelling that they dindu nuffin, it's because they diddu sumfin: narcotics, illegal weapons, outstanding warrants, and/or breaching bail conditions. This was the 1 in a 1000 exception, but it doesn't disprove the rule. And now Busta Keaton here has bail conditions to breach next time.
