She was lucid enough to refuse to cooperate with Feelings Appeasement in any way, which is far better than most of their victims manage, and why they'll drop those charges. Refusal to identify, as I'm sure you know, is a secondary charge.

I ask because on viewing the "victim's" video (which Feelings Appeasement didn't bother to do before arrest) it sounds to me that he was the only one making threats, and that they arrested her for Contempt of Cop. You know that charge is going to get dropped, right?
