Unbelievable cowardice by Officer Stacy. Three outstanding warrants, and they'd identified a victim, that he'd expressed hostility towards and could have returned to harm. One of the men supporting Stacy's dereliction of duty was a Sergeant, so who was Stacy? Ron's personal protection detail? They know that he fronts and yells, but then submits as soon as the taser is pointed. Even the bleating from the arrest team is pathetic, just enabling his delusions. If the courts won't deal with him, then they need to have a collective camera malfunction and solve him, before he unalives an innocent, or a citizen is force to do their job and unalive him.

@hailesankara480 Bingo. They just trusted him when he said he had a monitor. Given that every other word out of his mouth is a lie, why on earth would they believe that?
