  49. The key word in the complaint is "regulated". Because gun manufacture and sale is regulated, but the plaintiff doesn't like those regulations, and is trying to legislate them via the courts. Anyone who settles this must surely understand that they'll immediately be hit by the exact same deranged complaint by thousands more ambulance chasers.
