@Grump.y-OldMan What fighting words did you hear, that would put someone in imminent fear of violence? That's the standard for disorderly conduct. The "terroristic threatening" is purely punitive - she was clearly referring to legal consequences.

Whoa, that first arrest was 100% Contempt of Cop. Disorderly conduct requires "fighting words", of which we heard not one; she was literally in the car and about to leave when they kidnapped her; and the "threats" were purely legal, as is her right. The tragic thing is that a corrupt small town judge will probably convict on them, and she won't have the resources to buy justice.
