  1. ​@Dr Wolfgang Chausser If that's the case, you're carless too since you have to renew tags every single year. You don't have a driver's license since you have to renew it and pay every 4 years. My home is paid for, so I own it. Yes, there are property taxes and insurance that I pay on, but some of us do OWN our homes.
