  1. When people lose most of their stock money, most of their equity, and lots of jobs are lost... there will be no money waiting on the sidelines. I remember 2008-2013 like it was yesterday. Everyone was "rich" in 2007, then nobody had money for years after.

  2.  @dogegamer3288  If that's the case no one young will ever buy a house. National home price is $500k and Natl salary is $50k, that's not sustainable.

  5.  @dogegamer3288  A bad market is a bad market. When homes tripled in value (and they did here in S Florida) there will be a big crash coming.
