He won't live long enough to enjoy the money. He should have retired years ago. I retired at 43yo with several million in the bank and have done great. I'm glad I'm not worried about work at 92yo.

@Oatskii I will never have billions because I quit when I got millions. Life isn't about working till we die. I live in Florida and every single day I do what I want; I play tennis, hike, ride scooters, drive golf carts, walk my dog and take him to the beach every morning, ride around in my small yacht, ride my jet skis with friends, spend time with my kids, and was taking about 8 vacations a year until covid. I'm perfectly ok being a nobody in the world's eyes. My friends and family will absolutely remember my name because I am a nice person. I've always said I live a better life than billionaires because I don't have to worry about anything. I have a modest house (on the canal) and modest new cars. I don't worry about paying high property taxes or expensive repairs. My cars are not luxury so I don't mind getting a ding or two. I had a big house and Lamborghini and quickly figured out how much stress that adds to your life. People really hate on you for being successful and having nice things. Now I prefer simplicity over luxury.

@Oatskii Real Estate. I started out with single family rental homes. Then bought small apartment buildings. Then airbnbs. I started buying airbnbs right before it became a big thing so I got lucky on prime properties in prime locations.

@Oatskii I had my RE license then let it go. You're right, you don't need it. It is helpful at first though. Good luck.
