  1. My dad worked there his whole life. He said when they had manditory "quotas" to fill that's when they started going down hill. Sears went overboard WOKE hiring Affirmative Action employees and he said they were horrible. That was the beginning of the end for them.

  2. Woolworth went out of business just like Sears. Walmart and Amazon will go out of business one day also. Nothing stays around forever.
