  1. Graham, I want to buy a 2 bedroom condo with at least 1 car garage parking (for my Lambo Huracan) in LA, the closer to the water the better, for $750k or less. I also have a pitbull, that's one of the main reasons I want to buy instead of rent. Do you think I "should" buy or just look to rent.
