So I wasn't an "older retired couple" since I was in my 30s when I bought my rental properties while working a full time job. You tell lies and then act like I'm triggered. I sacrificed so much of my time with my daughter to even put myself in position to buy these properties. I grew up poor, so if you want it bad enough if can happen. I was cheaper than Graham and didn't have youtube millions to get started. I bought my first house at 25yo, was a major fixer upper. May I ask how old you are?
