  1. It seems like 2,3,4-plex are not in demand in LA. They seem more reasonably priced (nothing is in this market) than a single family house. Do you not do airbnb?

  3.  @GrahamStephan  Man I really want to ask you a question. I have 8 very profitable airbnbs that I bought 5 years ago and have skyrocketed in value. I got 15 year loans so my payoff is kinda low, about half of what the places are worth. A financial adviser told me to refinance to the max and take the tax-free money, but I don't know what to do with the cash if I refi. Is this a wise choice in your eyes? To refi or not to refi?
