  3. Homes in Ft Lauderdale have doubled or tripled in price since 2020. They will need to drop A LOT to get back to "regular" prices. I'm so damn sick of these home prices... and people just buy homes and raise the price immediately trying to make a huge profit.

  4.  @HappyPenguin75034  He explained in the video. He said Sane Jose prices dropped 4.3% in one month, and if it continued that parth that would mean 50% in 12 months.
