  6. My property insurance went from $2800 to $8400. Prop taxes went from $12k to $17k. I paid $900k for my house in 2021 and it's for sale now, no offers or showings at $1M. What gives???

I once had a few nice cars (Viper rt/10, Bentley Cont GT, Gallardo, Huracan, Aventador S) then my insurance went sky high for no reason (even with good driving record and high credit) and I was a fool for paying so much in insurance alone. Brakes on the GT were $3600 6 years ago. I just kept my daily (new F150) and life is so much better. I assume your used car that goes 200mph is a GTR or R8. Sell 3 of the cars and your life will be so much more peaceful, trust me.

  10.  @v8powa466  I actually MADE MONEY on my cars when I sold them, due to Covid making everything sky rocket. I made lots of money and could afford everything I had easily, but it was stressful thinking about a door ding or a dent that could ruin the value of a $500k car. A CTS-V will not hold value, it's only doing that right now due to inflation. I'm definitely not jealous of a junky Cadillac I can promise you that. Sell that junk and get something sporty if you what to show off something special, because that car isn't doing that at all.
