I rely solely on my 6 large airbnbs in TN. BUT BUT BUT I have a 7 figure savings account (CDs and money market) so I might be ok, but a good hard recession will wipe out 85% of airbnbs is my guess. I live in Fort Lauderdale and there are so many dang airbnbs around here and surrounding cities that are empty for weeks or months. There's a real hurting about to happen. My friend owns an airbnb here and his note on the 3 bedroom canal house is $9100/month. I think people are crazy going into that note when you have tons of competition.

I stayed in an airbnb in LV last year. I wish I would have just stayed on the strip for cheaper.

WHY would someone rent an airbnb in Vegas? I made that big mistake and should have just stayed on THE STRIP. That place is a soulless gutter so I won't be going back.
