Can never go wrong with a Toyota, the older the better quality.

@AJ-ox8xy I'm reading this as a mobile home in about an acre of land in the middle of nowhere. There's no way I'd live in a trailer park.
9
You nailed it. The whole real estate community should be filthy rich from the last few years. Did they not save all that money they were making?
8
A ONE day pullback or one WEEK pullback isn't a "buying opportunity". You guys trip me out.
8
You have to live somewhere. Buy something with very low taxes (in the middle of nowhere) and small so cheap insurance.
8
@straightdrive6192 Thank you for your OPINION, and I have mine as well. I think we'll drop almost as much as 2008-12. That's my opinion.
8
My rent is $6000/month. If I bought my house my note would be $9800/month after I put down $380k. I'm financially ready to buy, but I'm not buying. Why? Because it doesn't make sense to pay 3800/month more and my bank acct drop 380k.
8
@khatdubell Coffee costs $0.25 a cup to make at home, but people would rather pay $8 from Starbucks. Everyone has lost their mind.
8
@googleuser868 REAL tomatoes. Every tomato from the grocery is tasteless junk.
8
South Florida does not hit 100 degrees. When I lived in TN we regularly hit 100+ temperatures. It's hot everywhere in the summer months. Everywhere is overcrowded, everywhere is expensive, everywhere has terrible traffic.
8
Same here. I rent the cheapest house in my neighborhood. It's a 2 bedroom and $6000/month. Sucks.
8
That's me. I'm giving up for a year or two.
8
Exactly how I feel. I can deal with the heat... I cannot deal with the cold. I did nothing in the winter when I lived in Nashville. I'm out all year in FLL.
8
Rewarding Bad Behavior... typical for the government.
8
@phuchyouh7171 Housing where I live in more like 300% inflation.
8
You guys must not have been to South Florida. Talk about a gardeners paradise, plus it rains for 15 mins almost every day.
8
I've done that since I was 14yo. I know exactly ZERO other people who live below their means.
8
I went to the ritzy mall in Boca Raton and it was packed. People were shopping at all the boutiques inside Saks Fifth Avenue; Chanel, LV, Gucci. Also, the other stores were packed. It's like everyone here is filthy rich.
8
Say it LOUDER for the people in the back. You are SPOT ON.
8
@wuddayameen NYers come here half the year and honk the horn all the time. So sick of them.
8
Do you think Biden is doing a good job? If so, give examples.
7
@AJ-ox8xy I always tell my kids; if I were young I would go into HVAC or flooring. That's where I pay the most money.
7
Same thing I was thinking. Maybe he had a few homes.
7
My daughter is 25yo and lives with me at home, her boyfriend lives with me also. They are allowed to stay as long as they need/want. I hope they never move out. We all get along very well. I also have a son at home, he can stay forever also.
7
Giving EVERYONE a trophy when you got last place. There's no good lesson learned in that.
7
@BrianK-zz4fk WRONG. All that stuff adds up. It's why most of my friends are broke. $5 here $10 there and $25 another place... thousands a year go out the window.
7
I'm 6'4" and weigh 225 so I'm not comfy in a small car.
7
Get that crock pot out.
7
@iShowUnusualBehavior Your budget says otherwise.
7
We were supposed to crash in 2020, it won't be much longer. The gov stepped in and said nobody has to pay their rent.
7
I think Homestead is unfair to new buyers. It makes one person pay $4000 in prop taxes a year and your next door neighbor could pay $20,000 in property taxes a year. It's like punishing the younger generation for buying a house. Wouldn't it be more fair if both paid $12k each?
7
PLEASE TAKE ME BACK TO 2019 PRICES.
7
No he did not pay for that from COVID RELIEF MONEY. He said the state gave him $15m for this problem. Also, the money he spends to ship them out will save millions in the long run.
7
What did you spend the money on when you took the HELOC? Sounds like it was supposed to be used as emergency only but you used it as a bank account.
6
@sarahann530 What city in FL would a poor person move to?
6
People like you (with that mindset) end up doing really well in life. Karma work for the bad and the good.
6
Same here, and I used to go very often. Last time I went to both I told myself I would never come back. Felt very unsafe and both places were just junk.
6
You didn't know... Donald Trump has NEVER filed personal bankruptcy. His company filed, just like Sears, Kmart, Xerox, Neiman Marcus, JC Penney, etc. Do you also talk about those companies also?
6
@SomeUserNameBlahBlah Thank you. I was oblivious to the fact that some people don't get along with family. I guess we're just lucky. That aside, I don't see how they will ever afford a house with these prices.
6
ur mad that ur not in FL
6
@LongDefiant If you don't like capitalism, why don't you move to somewhere of your liking? China, Cuba or N Korea would love your type.
6
@JohnAppleseed-cy1rd You need to read nmb's comment again until you understand.
6
Homes in my area went up 100% in a year or two, 15 or 20% isn't much if you ask me.
6
@billredding2000 The problem is the note, which is affected by the price AND the interest rate. Sellers can't change the rate... but guess what they can change? The purchase price.
6
When Bitcoin goes back down to almost nothing, this dude will be broke.
6
When he drills more oil and transporting gets cheaper, prices of goods come down.
6
There's a gray area. If guests would act civilized it wouldn't be such a bad problem.
6
We get it, you hate Trump and Regan. People like you (who vote for Biden) are why we are in this mess.
6
@itshadouken I don't fool with cards. That's pennies on the dollar when you have money. Not worth it.
6
Exactly what I just typed lol.
