  1. I have been putting in offers for 8 months, sometimes as much as 200k over asking... and I QUIT. I give up. I am not buying a house. I did end up renting from an owner so I'm out of the market for a while.

  2.  @MichaelBordenaro  yessir, that's exactly what i did. there needs to be a serious downturn in housing prices in south Florida.
