  1. The sellers like the ones at 1:35 get on my nerves, they're ALWAYS just out of reach. They were willing to let it go for $580k, then $1.2m, $945k in 2019, then $1.7m in 2021, then $2.8m and now $2.5m. Do you want to sell it or not? You're wasting everyone's time bc you're not serious about selling if you're just out of reach.
