$249k seems cheap. The drawbacks are lots of stairs, no parking, and high HOA. I see this condo sold in 2005 for $255k, and again in 2009 for $195k. Why are condos in SoBe staying so low for years when all other parts of the country prices have gone up considerably? These places are cheap enough for the rich to buy them just for a weekend spot.

@soniadowney7427 Why wouldn't they? I'm not rich but I'm considering a condo in SoBe for a vacation place for my family.

@soniadowney7427 I'm not talking about this place in particular. I'm not rich (but worth a few million) and I'm looking to buy a condo in Miami Beach because it's so cheap. I want a bargain that I can pay cash for, nothing palatial, I'm not talking about the mega rich. I do like a nice view, but for the price one can bend. You're going to pay to have exactly what you want. Would you buy a place in MB without a parking spot? For the right price?
