  6.  @JohnAppleseed-cy1rd  The point was... condos are being built, not single family dwellings. Most don't want a condo so the numbers of single family homes are not being built, but it appears like they are... but it's just really a bunch of new condos.

  8.  @glennbeadshaw727  I'm on a boat or in the pool all summer. It's not as hot and humid as it was in Tennessee during the summer. It doesn't reach 100 degrees here, but it does in most cities in the south and west.

  15.  @flipdiva0007  I've had my realtor license twice in my life. I've been real estate investor since 1995 so I know exactly how it all works. I can tell you're a realtor trying to keep your job. Tell me exactly how a seller's agent earns 3%? Printing flyers, supposedly marketing, and open houses do not justify 3% of a million dollar home.
