  1. I'm a real estate millionaire. I've been buying and selling since 2007. I sold 4 last year at a gain, and still own 5 big homes worth wayyyyy more than I paid. I paid about $2m for the remaining 5 and they're worth about $8 million. Do the math and you'll see how I made millions in real estate. Also, I'm a very safe buyers. I look back at all the stuff I passed on, if I didn't pass I'd be worth way way more. I grew up poor, parents were poor, my siblings are still poor, I worked 2 full time jobs for years so I could save and invest, and now I live a relatively modest life and I'm strugging to buy a house in S Florida.
