  4. I'm beginning to lose faith that the housing prices will drop. The government always screws it up. If things get bad they will lower interest rates and cause panic buying.

  5. You have to have cash during very bad times, or have a good income that is secure. I remember 2008 - 2012 and NOBODY wanted to let go of any money they had.
