  1. Do it. Just quit outright. I did last year and what a great feeling it is. I only contact my REAL friends via text message. No one really cares about your day to day lives but you just want to brag online to people who don't care. Also, why do you care about someone you knew 10 years ago, why do you care about keeping up with their daily life. I'm so glad I deleted Tiktok, FB, SNAP, and IG. Oh what a feeling.
