  1. gatorade sucks and if you read the label all it is, is flavored sugar water with a little potassium. Much much much better alternatives exist nowadays ever since gatorade “watered down”😂 their formula into sugary shite. Pedialyte for the win! Pedialyte has magnesium, potassium, and zinc too!!!! Way better for hangovers
