  1. before all the modern hunting laws came into being in the 1920’s 1930’s, the “market hunters” used to use low gauge massive shotguns, like 8 gauge and 6 gauge. I think they called them, “punt guns”. But I do not know why the word punt was used to describe such massive shotguns.

And so I’ve been wondering how tf they are gonna issue a heavier more powerful weapon on the one hand, and then water down the physical fitness requirements on the other hand? Did they bring the physical fitness requirements back up? Was I wrong in “hearing” that they removed certain physical fitness requirements?

  9. before watching this - offhand, as a person totally uninformed on this particular subject; if hypothetically asked to choose, I would immediately just assume, and say, go buy yourself a Finnish or Swedish mil-spec rifle.
