  1. my momma used to feed me a grapefruit for breakfast every saturday in the 1990s. it was a treat because she poured a spoonful of brown sugar onto the cut in half fruit and loosened it from the rind with a knife so i could scoop it out with my spoon. it was like breakfast dessert candy!😅 i eat grapefruit without extra sugar now but occasionally i will still pour a spoon of brown sugar onto it. Awwww the memories.
