  1. overbooking is one thing. terribly shitty customer service is quite another thing in the age of social media. there are other airline companies that have a much better customer service culture. they understand that overbooking is not correlated to shitting on your customers. fuck United. Wendover, i am hoping that you do not work for United... i dunno if you have a day job besides videos. either I hope you don't work for United but your videos are stellar either way, and I love them
