  1.  @sbf_podcast  hahaha and THAT, is a beautiful thing of why we in America still actually do have the freedom to choose where to work or what types of shifts to work. I do not hate at all the 10 hour days 4 days a week with 3 days off. Just a personal preference I suppose.

  2. yes! me too! commented my comment before I saw yours! Warehouse solidarity!😅😂 4 days a week still gettin myself overtime AND 45-50 hours a week! Yes! 3 days down absolutely helps on recovery and preparation for the next.

  3. i work for a four day work week at a grocery corporation warehouse. And I still work 45 hours a week. Had jobs where I worked 5 days 40 hours too previously. Ain’t a darned thing wrong with no 4 day work week. 4 days 30 hours? ok. come on man. Work more. 4 days 45-50hours and 10 to 12 hour shifts? Which is what I actually DO do? Yes! Very good. I am totally ok with my personal work ethics on that. Come in Pat! You are not taking into account people like me!
